It has outstandingly accommodating, courteous staff. The breakfast is varied with good coffee and nice bread, for instance, there's an option for each taste.

The hotel was only 5minutes away from the city centre. It's location was in a really quite and beautiful place, and exactly near the canal. The design of the hotel and it's rooms was also very nice. It was definitely one of the most great hotels ever to have stayed in, and I would classify it's level as more than a 2 star hotel. The hotel rooms were very spacious and clean and the hotel staff were really friendly, where they pointed to us the major attractions in the city during our 1 day stay in Bruges. Would recommend this hotel and stay here again if I visit Bruges in the future.

Exploring Bruges like a local 🇧🇪
Had the best time, man! The staff were super friendly, like proper chommies, and the brekkie was tasty with lovely pastries and warm options. My room was quite unique with those open beams, just my vibe, you know?
Only downside was the lighting in the room, a bit too dim for my liking, but I made it work.

Excellent location. In quiet area but also very close to city center. The rooms are basic... But having said that and looking at the prices of other hotels is this really good value for money.
There's nothing really we didn't like about the hotel. But would be more convenient if you would be able to make tea/coffee in the room.

Surprisingly Good Experience!
The bright decor was refreshing. Pro tip, definitely request an air-conditioned room during the summer to ensure a comfortable night's sleep!

We arrived fairly late at night, as not having a very good map of Brugge we took a long time to locate it! But they let us in without a problem. We thought we had booked a 15euro parking place, but that didn't seem to have registered, but we found we could park free overnight just near the front door, so we were glad the booking of the space hadn't worked!
